In addition, the project is guaranteed to encounter problems that are numerous and generally unknown thus ensuring the project execution anf management has to be flexible and special consideration given new and changing contraints. . Another problem is that most project managers do not understand the full implications of engineering issues, and "the variablity of nature" and related cause and effect which affect the timing and compliance of project goals. Hence project management tends to be unrealistic
